I'm Ayalla Harubi — a Psychotherapist, Somatic Therapist, and Self-Regulation Specialist. My work is dedicated to supporting women through the often-overwhelming effects of trauma, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation.
You may appear capable and together on the outside — managing work, family, and expectations — while feeling constantly on edge, overthinking, or close to shutting down. This isn't weakness. It's survival mode that has lasted too long.
Through a deeply attuned, relational approach, I help women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. My practice is trauma-informed, body-centred, and rooted in nervous system regulation.
My background includes extensive work with women affected by domestic abuse, coercive control, childhood trauma, and the long-term impact of living in survival mode. I offer a steady, thoughtful space where real healing becomes possible.
